Solfa Chorale may collect contributor names, contributor emails, submitted song text, song request details, feedback messages, admin account details, page URLs, browser information, server logs, timestamps, and privacy-preserving hashed IP records where needed.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review contributions, publish approved tonic solfa files, manage song requests, respond to feedback, prevent duplicate or abusive voting, maintain the website, improve the library, and contact contributors where needed.

Public information

Approved library entries may display contributor names, source information, metadata, and submitted tonic solfa text. Contributor email addresses are used for administration and should not be intentionally displayed publicly.

Song request voting

To reduce duplicate voting, the site may store limited browser or IP-based voting records. This is used only for basic abuse control and request prioritisation.

Feedback

When you leave feedback, we may store your name, email address, message, feedback type, page URL, browser information, timestamp, and a hashed IP record. This helps us respond to issues, improve the site, and protect the feedback form from misuse.
